Aged in both French and American oak barrels, this smooth and soft fruity dark red shows its long legs with good structure and a lasting finish of caramel.

Tasting Notes: With a deep, rich color, this soft and smoky Merlot entices with notes of caramelized sugar and grilled pineapple. On the palate, a full, lush mouthfeel makes this wine both approachable and food friendly.

Food Pairings: This wine pairs beautifully with grilled peppered flank steak.

I am a big Merlot fan but it's not always easy to find one, until now. This Merlot was big and bold with fruity notes and a softness and complexity I loved. I would recommend this red to anyone that enjoys robust reds (Cabernet drinkers!) Great wine for the price. Looking forward to the reorder I just placed.

I have never had a Merlot that was carbonated. It was truly one of the worst wines my husband and I have had.
