June 15, 2020 • We're excited to announce the re-opening of our Hood River, Bend and Seaside Tasting Rooms on June 16th. We can’t wait to get back in the tasting rooms with all of our favorite people! Things may look and feel a little different, but we are doing everything we can to keep our guests, our team and our communities safe while delivering the same great Naked experience you know and love.
Same, but different.
You may notice some changes when you come to hang out with us. We will be operating at limited capacity with table service only. Our bar service will remain closed for the foreseeable future. Our team members will be cleaning, everything and a lot. We will also be maintaining a social distance of 6 feet, and (of course) smiling at you from behind our masks! We're scaling back our food menu and will be doing tastings a little bit differently. But, hopefully, most of the changes you won’t even notice so you can just relax and enjoy your time out of the house with friends.
Most importantly for our guests: face coverings are required in public areas in all of Hood River County.
We're new at this, but for now we will be operating at a limited capacity with seating arranged 6 feet apart for groups no larger than 8 people. When you arrive you will be greeted by a host before entering the tasting room and they will show you to your seat. If we are at capacity, the host will take your name and number and shoot you a text when a table becomes available. Tables will be placed 6 feet apart to maintain social distancing. Please do not move the tables or chairs. We will evaluate the efficacy of this system during the first couple of weeks and see what works and what doesn’t. We appreciate your patience while we all adjust to our new “normal.”
How you can help.
While you're preparing for your visit, we recommend that you bring your own mask. Obviously, you can't drink wine through a mask, but please consider wearing them before being seated and anytime you aren’t at your table enjoying yourself. Don’t have one? No problem, just ask your server and they can grab one for you in a jiffy. We’ll have hand sanitizer stations set up as you enter the tasting room, go ahead and give your hands a quick splash before you sit down (that would really help us a lot).

Can I just pick up my club shipment?
Absolutely! Swing by any tasting room location during normal business hours and let our team know you’re here just to pick up. Don’t want to pickup in-person? Contact our customer support to arrange for your club shipments to be shipped.
Can I bring in outside food?
At this time we are asking that you do not bring outside food into the tasting room.
Can I bring kids?
Yes. You are responsible for ensuring that your child stays with you at your table to maintain the distancing guidelines between groups.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are not allowed inside the tasting room, but we can accommodate them on the outside patios at our Hood River and Bend locations. You are responsible for ensuring that your dog stays with you at your table to maintain the distancing guidelines between groups.
Can I make a reservation?
At this time we are not taking reservations. If you have a group of 6 or more and are worried about getting a table at a certain time, please contact customer support and we will do our best. We are evaluating guest volume and traffic flow in this new environment and will adjust our system if needed.
