Hook Up Muscat
You may also know this amazing wine varietal by its Italian name, Moscato. A true aromatice white wine "Hook Up" gives the right amount of sweetness.
Tasting Notes: Ripe lychee and cotton candy on the nose. A burst of peach followed by a layer of kumquat that rests nicely on the palate. Light bodied for a Muscat and just hint of earthy lemon on the finish.
Food Pairings: Sautéed scallops with white onion and grapefruit or perhaps some cool foie gras on toast points.
