Shipping Policies
SHIPPING in continental U.S. can be FREE!
We offer free shipping for orders of 2, 6, or 12 bottles if you sign up for our newsletter.
We can currently ship wine to the following states: CA, CO, D.C., FL, IA, IL, MO, MN, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OR, TX, VA, WA, WI and WY. If the state you wish us to ship to is not listed, please ask us. Non-wine orders may be shipped anywhere in the US. See our shipping map.
Wine must be shipped to a person 21 years or older and he or she will be required to sign for the package. Wine gifts cannot be shipped to Post Office Boxes nor can we ship wines internationally.
We ship our wines in sturdy shipping containers using UPS or FedEx as our carrier. Please consider the weather conditions in your area before ordering wine.
Refund Policy:
We guarantee to satisfy with our wines and products. We will replace or exchange any items that arrive damaged due to shipping or if the wine does not taste as it should. If you have any problems with the product please contact us at (800)666-9303.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order at any time before the wine has shipped. We send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you know when your wine has shipped and when it is expected to arrive.
