· 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas · 4 tablespoons mayonnaise · 1 avocado - peeled, pitted and diced · 1 tomato, chopped · 1 cup shredded lettuce or basil DIRECTIONS 1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until crisp. Drain, crumble, and set aside. 2. Warm tortillas in hot oven for 1 to 2 minutes or until soft. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise down the center of each tortilla. Layer crumbled bacon, avocado, tomato and lettuce/basil over the dressing. Roll the tortilla around the other ingredients. 3. Enjoy! |
