Well the answer was up until March 07’ we could only ship wine to 20 states. The good news is that we’ve recently added North Carolina, Nebraska, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming so now 44 million more people can get naked at home. And as a Club Naked memberyou get shipping … FREE.
If truth be known or if you were to ask you can also get Naked in Hawaii and Alaska. However, there’s a catch for these two states. As you’ve chosen to live in or have friends in a tropical island in the middle of the pacific or a strikingly beautiful paradise near the Arctic circle you have to pay i.e., there’s no free shipping to get Naked at home. I’m sure I’m not telling you anything you didn’t already know as everything costs more in Hawaii or Alaska.
Why can’t everybody get Naked? Well there’s a myriad of arcane and cumbersome laws that restrict the free movement of wines in the United States of America. You can help by joining Free the Grapes! it’s a national, grassroots coalition of consumers, wineries and retailers who seek to remove restrictions in states that still prohibit consumers from purchasing wines directly from wineries and retailers. Or as we say at Naked Winery friends helping friends get Naked!
