WHERE ARE OUR WINES MADE?
The majority of our wines are hand-crafted by our winemakers, Peter Steinfeld, Alaina Waller and Mark Chargin. Our grapes our sourced from premier grape-growing regions throughout California, Oregon and Washington.
The grapes for our red varietals (Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, Nebbiolo, Sangiovese, Tempranillo and Zinfandel) are orgasmically grown in the hot and dry Applegate and Columbia Valley regions of Oregon and Washington respectively. While our other varietals (Albariňo, Chardonnay, Muscat, Pinot Blanc/Gris/Noir and Riesling) benefit from the cool pacific marine layers of the Willamette and Illinois Valley's to produce subtle and complex wines. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us ASAP! Some pending orders can be canceled or changed but after an order ships, no changes may be made.
CAN I TRACK MY WINE SHIPMENT?
Once your Naked Winery order has been shipped, you'll be sent a tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email. You can also enter your UPS tracking number below to track your shipment.
SHIPPING RATES & OPTIONS
Your shipping rate will depend on where you’re shipping your wine to and how heavy your shipment is. Our shipping rates are calculated by our shipping provider, UPS, and represent the actual cost to ship your items (i.e. we do not up-charge for shipping).
Properly completed orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Therefore you can expect to receive your order in 5-8 business days, depending on the final destination.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Properly completed orders received prior to 12:00pm will be processed the same business day. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You can expect delivery 2 business days after your order is shipped.
UPS Next Day Air
Properly completed orders received prior to 12:00pm will be processed the same business day. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You can expect delivery 1 business day after the order is shipped.

CAN I RETURN MY WINE?
We'll replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that you find unsatisfactory. We may ask that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle so that we may determine what happened to the wine. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages. Therefore, we are unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that is ordered in error.
Please call customer support at 1-541-386-3700 x0 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product, replacement of wine that was damaged or credit for wine that was ordered in error.
REFUNDS ON SHIPPING CHARGES
If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order, or if you receive a damaged product, we will refund the shipping charges to your credit card. And we will feel deeply embarrassed for a bit. (Then hopefully we'll all get over it and move on together, having formed a stronger bond as a result).
DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT WHEN MY WINE IS DELIVERED?
Law requires that someone 21 years or older MUST by present to sign for wine shipments.
By placing an order, you verify that you and order recipients are at least 21 years of age. At the time of delivery, the order recipient must sign an age verification receipt stating that they are at least 21 years of age and must present a valid drivers license, military ID, passport or State ID for identification. There will be a surcharge for this service from the shipping company and it will be passed on to the buyer. If the recipient is found to be under the age of 21 by the shipping company, the order will be returned to us and no refund will be given.
The package will be attempted to be delivered up to three times, after that, the package will be returned to us and the buyer will be liable for paying the original shipping charge and return shipping charge.
WHAT STATES CAN WE SHIP TO?
Delivery can only be made to an address where an individual at least 21 years old can sign for the shipment during regular business hours. Products can be shipped to a place of business or residence. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. We are unable to ship alcohol outside of the United States.
We are NOT able to ship wine to the following states: Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Utah and West Virginia.
Naked Winery can legally ship to the following states:

- North Carolina
- North Dakota
- South Carolina
- South Dakota
